Steve and his crew are true pros who understand the value of his clients' time.  They are always willing to spend as little or as much time as you need them too. They provide a no BS, no grief business transaction which I appreciate very much.  Am personally at home when the job is being done with A-1 service. I would recommend him to others and continue to use their services.

The monthly service is above and beyond expectations and always reliable.  Steve will give you a fair price and his team is pleasant, dependableand courteous.  My lawn is impeccable with their quality service.  Lawnscapes also did my mulching and the finished job looks beautiful.  I highly recommend this A+ quality service company.

I contacted Steve, the owner of Lawnscapes after firing my last landscaping company. I work in the service industry. (Hi -Tech medical imaging equipment) so I tend to be a really tough customer to please.  Steve called me back within an hour after leaving a message via the Angie's List Contact Page.  He showed up to my home/office within the hour and walked through the yard.  I wrote him a check on the spot to pay for the first month's service and was very impressed.  They worked with me on schedules and followed up with me the day before the crew would arrive for another planning session.

Lawnscapes captured my attention from my first contact.  I have been in the service business for more than 30 years and Steve & his Lawnscapes crew taught me a few things.  They were prompt, professional, reasonably priced.  His crew showed up early and not only cut the grass, they approached my yard with a plan, intellegence and then applied brute force.  Yards have to maintained ... 1.25 acres of yard is a lot.  The previous company took the least cost approch and had to beg them to edge and do the details. I had just completed a landscaping project in my courtyard and it created a few unique challenges.  Lawnscapes was all over it when I pointed out that the courtyard was my wife's number one priority. Steve was all over it and his communication is beyond excellent utilizing phone, text and e-mail effectively and appropriately.  His crew shows up on time and his General Manager John reviewed my needs.  Everyone on the crew from top to bottom at Lawnscapes requested feedback good or bad. His crew would show up month after month so far and took care of every detail. Every encounter with the customer is an opportunity to win or lose them and Steve and his crew understand this. I will freely recommend them to anyone is you want a quality company working for you.  My experience with Lawnscapes has been wonderful. If you need landscaping service I just want to say, Call Steve and he will take good care of you.

The company is excellent.  The owner, Steve is great to work with and easy to contact via e-mail.  The guys have NEVER failed to come every week, something I can't say about an other lawn service I've used.  The guys are pleasant and work attired with Lawnscapes shirts.  I contact Steve with any concerns and the issue is resolved at the next visit.  I have never had a major issue, but I have full confidence that if I did it would be resolved immediately.  Steve will always come out to talk with me about any changes I want to make with the yard.  I value his imput and look forward to a long working relationship with this company and highly recommend them.

I first called Lawnscapes over a year ago after seeing the excellent reviews on Angie's List. They have been doing our weekly lawn & yard maintenance ever since, and I've been extremely pleased with their work.  Our yard in Wingfield is quite large (1+ acre) with a lot of mature landscaping, so it's a large job.  Steve's Lawnscape crew is reliable. hardworking and polite.  If I ever have a problem with how something was done ( which is rare) I have explained it to Steve and he immediately addresses the issue.  It's a pleasure to have a lawn company that is so professional and easy to work with

They are always on time and do a good job. Theyeven done some extra work for me before and they always clean up after they are done.

They come every Wednesday 8:00 and if they don't get all the work I want finished Steve has brought people out on Sunday to finish the work that we thought was appropriate or needed to be done.  They are hard working and show up on time to do their thing.  They get the work done really quickly because they have a great crew and are gone in a short time and the yard looks good. He is the only lawn person that showed me his book that he goes to continuing education by TORO on the latest techniques which I though was interesting.  He is probably as professional as you can get.  When they do 99 percent and I've told them to come back they do without a problem.  We have Virginia Creeper on our trees covering our shrubs aand he had his crew take care of controlling it.  I had not been able to get my previous guy to take it out even if I paid extra. Steve included it in his service price $165.

I used Lawnscapes last year for my lawn maintenance which included cutting the yard, hedging, trimming and maintaining all the shrubbery and trees.  He did a great job and was very consistent with the full service.

This is absolute best lawn service.  I have had many other lawn service providers that just quit without notice and a host of other problems.  Steve is the ultimate professional and has a great crew that does a fantastic job on my yard every week. My yard is getting better and better each time they come. Best of all, Steve is very knowledgeable, reachable and always concerned with making sure you are 100% happy.

If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.

General Manager John and his crew do an excellent job!  They are attentive to our requests and follow through. Our yard hasn't looked this great in years!

We have been with Lawnscapes for over a year. They maintain our large lakefront yard which is more than an acre and trim the shrubs. Our yard has never looked better. Reasonably priced sevice espacially for the size and detail of our yard.
